Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives.
  • Instructional Design: Design and develop interactive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments.
  • Adult Learning Principles: Apply adult learning theories to select optimal training delivery methods (eLearning, Self-Paced, Instructor-Led, Virtual Instructor-Led, Micro-Learning).
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Curriculum Development: Implement curriculum design principles to ensure consistency and sustainability of learning materials.
  • LMS Implementation: Support the launch and scaling of a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates, identify potential risks, and devise action plans.
  • Post-Project Analysis: Conduct post-project analysis to assess implementation quality and recommend enhancements.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate Instructor-Led (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led training sessions.
  • Train-The-Trainer: Conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions as needed.
  • ADDIE Model: Utilize the ADDIE Model or similar methodologies to develop high-quality training content.
  • Content Management: Manage training content in a centralized repository.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in program management, instructional design, and facilitation.
  • Instructional Design: Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, and other course authoring software.
  • Adult Learning: Strong interest in adult learning theory and technologies.
  • Material Development: Ability to create facilitator/instructor and participant manuals, assessments, job aids, and certification plans.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify gaps and ask insightful questions to subject matter experts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and ability to work within constraints.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French.
