No cold calling!As anInbound Sales and Customer Representative , you will be taking calls from existing clients who are looking to activate their credit card. This position consistent of role is to ensure our clients are getting the best value from their services; therefore, we want to ensure we offer them additional optional product to match their need. Comprehensive benefit package: Dental and medical benefits adjustable to your needs (with access to virtual healthcare) IN ADDITION, WE OFFER SHIFT PREMIUMS ANDFLEXIBLE SHIFTS ! A shift premium of 10%(of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked when 50% or more of the total hours worked Monday to Friday fall outside of your 8am - 5:00pm AND10% shift premium(of regular hourly rate)will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays . Operating hours are wonderful! Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm YOUR ROLE AS A FAIRSTONE REPRESENTATIVE: Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations Maintain a high level of confidentiality Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets. Job Requirements Bilingual , must be able to communicate and write in both French and English.
