Intent of the process

This inventory is intended to fill FULL-TIME Human Resources Assistant positions within the HR Business Services Division (HSOA) as needs arise.
We have a big team, so there are a lot of moves and temporary needs. In the majority of cases, you will start as a casual worker (maximum of 90 days worked per calendar year). Then, depending on our needs and your performance, our goal is to offer you the opportunity to be appointed and to become officially employed on a determinate (term) and/or indefinite (permanent) basis. This is what happens in the vast majority of cases.
Individuals who pass the assessment stages, but who do not obtain an immediate job offer, will be placed in a pool of qualified candidates and may be considered when new needs arise.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU APPLY TO OUR INVENTORY?
Your application will be added to a large list. When we have a need, we will carry out a random selection of a limited number of applications. We will evaluate them and fill our needs among those who have been most successful. Just because you're successful doesn't necessarily mean you'll get an offer. When this selection is exhausted, we will do a second, then a third, a fourth and so on until the poster closes. Management might also decide to prioritize people who meet certain assets. Therefore, you are not 100% guaranteed to hear from us, but we have the firm intention of evaluating several applications.
As long as the inventory is open, you can modify and resubmit your application. It is important and your responsibility to update your information such as your email, phone number, new experiences or studies. You could also decide to withdraw it if your situation changes.
Please note that the closing date may change at any time according to the needs of our team.
