Job Description

Title: Bilingual HR CoordinatorContract: 05/06/2024 to 03/11/2025Pay: $25/hr Location: Montreal Hours: 8:30am – 4pm, M-F ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support various HR programs and processes, providing first level analysis to resolve business issues • Refer or escalate processing or operational issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintained • Process various transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs) • Provide optimal employee and partner service, including guidance and advice on programs and procedures, while adhering to customer service standards and Customer Experience Model • Complete investigations – report / escalate risk issues or process gaps identified • Escalate non-standard or high risk transactions or other activities as deemed appropriate • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity • Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or clients • Maintain working relationships with external and internal partners including responding to questions and/or concerns in an effective and timely manner • Ensure documentation that is prepared / completed is accurate and properly reflects client / business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules / regulations • Adhere to standardized documentation procedures • Update and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operations • Be knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developments from a HR program and regulatory perspective for own area MUST HAVE: 1. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, in both French & English 2. Strong time management, with ability to adapt to change 3. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities 4. Comfortable navigating computer software 5. Strong attention to detail NICE TO HAVE: 1. Previous banking or FI experience 2. Investigative, critical thinking skills 3. Knowledge of different Leave types 4.
