Job Description
Fuze HR is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated (Bilingual) Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. This role involves leading sales efforts, fostering a “safety first” culture, and growing the business through a strong knowledge of industry standards, company products, and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a sales-minded attitude, and will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow market share throughout the assigned territory
- Increase net profits across all product lines
- Promote products and services through dealer networks and direct sales to end-users
- Generate lists of prospective customers and follow up with sales leads
- Travel throughout the territory to engage with customers and solicit orders
- Demonstrate and emphasize product features and benefits
- Manage the entire sales process including quotations, presentations, and contract preparation
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales/business development to identify new market segments
- Coordinate dealer and customer training and establish sales goals
- Enter and manage customer data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Attend trade shows and perform product demonstrations
- Meet annual sales targets and operate within budgeted expense limits
- Promote the company’s operational vision, values, and goals
- Participate in training and team activities to support continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent selling techniques and highly motivated
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling industrial goods or related products
- College degree (4-year school) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other related computer skills
- Understanding of the target audience within the assigned territory
- Ability to adapt and maintain performance in a changing work environment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage conflict and foster good team and inter-department relations
- Clean driving record
- Predictive Index assessment required before interviews
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with High Performance Door Solutions
- Experience working with Manufacturing, Controlled Environments, Public Transit, Food Processing, Cold Storage, Automotive, Chemical, and Airport sectors
- Strong relationships with Architects, Contractors, Design Build firms, and Engineers
