Job Responsibilities :
Day in the life of a Bilingual Data Entry Administrator:
Monitor individual and shared email inboxes
Enter patient registrations received by email, fax and over the phone
Enter a high volume of confidential laboratory results, flagging alerts and warnings for immediate follow up
Liaise with internal and external contacts regarding patient information, medical data, and urgent patient care issues
Update and maintain database of patient information
Ensure absolute accuracy of patient data and results
Job Requirement :
Other administrative duties as required
2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative or data entry role
Bilingual in French and English is a must, with strong verbal and written communication skills
