Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full time perm Bilingual Customer Service based in Cambridge, OntarioMonday to Friday: Onsite roleSome specific tasks this role is responsible for include:Answering questions from customers in multiple business channels such as computer, telephone, and face to faceAnswering questions regarding in-house orders, pricing, product availability, expediting and taking orders over the phoneProviding information on products and services including answering technical questionsProviding technical support on full product linesProviding internal support to other departments as neededAbout you:French / English bilingual fluency required (read / write/ speak)Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude1 -2 years of experience in a similar call centre role providing customer service in a technical fieldstrong experience using various technology platforms or comfortable learning new systemsStrong proficiency in data entry speed and accuracyDetail oriented Highly organized with the ability to multi-taskExcellent problem solving, and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationsMechanical aptitudeProficient in Microsoft Office, especially in ExcelExperience in the Water Treatment Industry and ERP software applications an asset. Plumbing / heating or related technical field an asset.About the work environment:This position works in a standard office space within a warehouse environment. Can be subject to temperature fluctuations (heat / cold), noise and dustThis position will require concentration and focus to ensure accuracy of information.Prolonged periods of sitting at a deskExtra hours may be required from time to time to ensure deadlines are met.
