If you are a strong communicator, passionate about providing white-glove customer service, and have exceptional written and oral French language skills, this role is for you! Here’s what you’ll do: customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a courteous manner reflecting the company’s values.customers with modifying orders.customers on product availability, new product features and innovations.and updating accounts accurately.with customers to create and modify orders, arrange deliveries and pickup.with the team proactively to achieve company targets and objects.to effectively and collaboratively with all departments, as well as any external partners.Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:be fluently bilingual (oral and written) in French.education in Business, Supply Chain or similar is an asset.least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.computer skills including MS Office.
