Responsibilities-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.Qualifications- Strong English and French communication skills ( Mandatory)- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time.
