Job Title:Bilingual (French/English) Accounts ReceivableRepresentativeLocation: Brampton - ONSITEIndustry: DistributionSalary:$60,000 -$65,000+, plus excellent benefits, RSP plan and opportunity to growOur client is a national distributor with multiple facilities across Canada and aggressively growing!This role will have you reporting into the National Credit Manager and working at HQ within a growing accounting team in an exciting, fast paced environment.The duties will include the following:Review and analyze AR agingInitiate collection calls and maintain collection notes with expected payment datesReview with National Credit & Risk Manager accounts that require 3rd party intervention.Maintain credit group collection metrics.Responding to inquiries from other departments regarding COD ordersCash Applications, reconciliations and invoice resolutionEscalate discrepancy information for investigation and resolutionCredit reviews prior to shipments and order releasesPreparation of monthly reports for National Credit ManagerAdminister adjustments, refunds, journal entries and for AR managementQualifications:College Diploma or Degree in relative field, pursuing CCP an asset.3+ years of Credit and Collections experience within manufacturing or distribution industriesFluent in French and Englishcommunication skills, both written and verbal is MANDATORYThis is ON-SITE 100% in BramptonThis is a great opportunity for the right candidate to start a long term career with a stable and growing company that services North America!TSSHPLI-TS#1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
