An energetic Sales Advisor who offers exceptional customer service, has the drive to earn above-average income, loves to work with exciting new products, and excels at working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Determine customer wants/needs and budget to discuss vehicle options.
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with prospective customers by returning emails/voice mails.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction, generate leads.
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
What you will need to be successful:
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Prior experience working with customers, providing an exceptional experience is an asset
- Professional appearance, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Basic computer, email, and Internet proficiency
