Location: Brampton (Onsite)The Manufacturing Engineering Body-in-White (BIW) Process Supervisor will lead the development and implementation of BIW Automatic process equipment, tools and related facilities for new model assembly production.Job Description:Drives continuous improvement into the processes and equipment while meeting the cost and timing requirements of the programInterface with multiple organizations (Product Engineering, Vehicle Assembly, Quality, etc.) to understand components/subsystems for vehiclesGenerate process sheets, assembly layouts, installation tooling as well as special manufacturing requirementsLead Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities with the platform team for new/critical processesManage a team of 2-3 people and supervise the plant team activityHandle vendor managementPerform root cause analysis, time tracking, efficiency, machine capabilityRequirement: 10+ years of engineering experience in automotive manufacturing (body and white, factory)Project management experienceSupplier/ vendor management experienceProficient in CATIAKnowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing and VIS Mock-up Proficiency in French/ Chinese would be an assetWilling to work overtime when required
