Looking to join a fast-paced and an ever expanding organization? Be a part of our dynamic team at Performance Auto Group! We are currently seeking an Automotive F&I Administrator to join our Financial Services team!

The Automotive F&I Administrator is responsible for contributing to the Financial Services overall success by providing administrative support to the Corporate Manager - F&I Performance and Development in managing the setup and functions of the department. You will also be responsible for supporting the Regional Training team, assisting with preparation and distribution of regular reporting. 

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our executive team while also assisting in analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and other business purposes.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes, analyze findings, and present actionable insights.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive team.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Assist in the creation of basic marketing and training materials.
  • Performing and assisting with OMVIC compliance audits.


What do you need to succeed?

  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry and/or Executive Assistant Experience.
  • Must have good knowledge of automotive sales and financial services
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Thorough business analysis, analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Highly computer literate; including experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau. Word & PowerPoint is required.
  • Collaborative, team-building skills. Ability to lead and direct team projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working with personnel from all levels of the organization.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and the automotive industry a major plus.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
