Baker Tilly CK, LLP - Audit Manager
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working with small to medium-sized companies in various industries on engagements such as notice to reader, review, and audit.
- Preparing corporate and personal tax returns.
- Assisting in planning, executing, and completing Audit, Review, and Compilation engagements.
- Analyzing financial information, accounting processes, and proposing adjusting entries.
- Supervising junior staff, updating Partners on engagement status, and managing progress.
- Providing attentive service to clients to foster productive relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of post-qualification public accounting experience.
- Assurance experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in Canadian GAAP, audit, review procedures, and tax compliance.
- Strong bookkeeping foundation and ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and independent decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and quick adaptability to new programs.
- Team-oriented with a client-focused service approach.
