We have an opportunity for an Audit Director RI to join our Peterborough office. We are growing which means there is opportunity to progress with the firm, we would also consider an experienced Senior Manager or Director that is looking for a step up.

Your responsibilities
Your focus is on supporting on supporting the Partner's to implement the firms strategy, driving sustainable profitability and building a great future for the firm.
A great Director is a role model, and we expect you to lead yourself and others to create a positive impact for the firm, your clients and your team in a responsible, authentic, resilient, inclusive and authentic manner. This role will see you balance leadership and delivery. You need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the direction the firm is going in, and how you and your team will contribute to its long term goals.
The key will be unleashing both your own potential, and that of your team. At this level you will be acting at as an Ri for the firm, and you should start to think more like an owner of the Firm, rather than an employee.
