A successful candidate will be comfortable quickly learning new skills and subjects, have a background in business and social science, and possess writing and research experience. The key activities for the role are: Researching topics in psychology and business related to team and individual performance, and communicating advice in a way that is clear and engagingWriting content designed to help people adapt their mindsets to succeed in a volatile business environmentDeveloping interactive training workshops on leadership, coaching, and teamworkProducing slide presentations that use statistics, charts, graphs, and figures to convey ideasCreating surveys to measure performance, skills, and personality—and provide insightful advice based on the resultsAssisting with audio/visual content, social media posts, and marketing materials We need people who are great communicators, team players, and innovative thinkers, all rolled into one.
