You will have the mandate to define and implement the growth strategy for Quebec and the Maritimes for the creative industries business portfolio. It is through your leadership that you will mobilize a team of around fifteen experts who offer advice, support and specialized financial services to companies in the industry. - Mobilize and coach the members of your team with the aim of increasing their engagement, retention and developing their talents - Define and execute the growth strategy for the business portfolio - Anticipate the development needs of your team based on the strategic orientations of the Bank and your sector and prepare for succession - Ensure maximum visibility of the Bank in the market by organizing and participating in business development activities and market events - Be on the lookout for and anticipate trends and new developments in the sector in order to remain relevant and guide the team on business priorities - Innovate in processes, products and methods specific to the sector in order to free up capacity and offer solutions that stand out from the competition - Develop new niches and business territories and define sales and development strategies based on the Banks orientations - Work in synergy with the Associate Vice-President Ontario and Western Canada to enable consistency in business development, in our processes and allow the sharing of best practices Your team : Join a dynamic team, which stands out for the quality of its advice, in a work environment where diversity and collaboration are valued on a daily basis. Our pan-Canadian team is committed to supporting companies in the creative industries in all their business needs by having an in-depth understanding of the particularities of the industry and by providing effective and adapted solutions. Prerequisites: - Bachelors degree related to the sector of activity and 10 years of relevant experience or Masters degree related to the sector of activity and 7 years of relevant experience - Management, coaching and leadership skills - Significant experience in corporate financing - Great expertise in complex financing structures and risk analysis - Extensive experience in negotiation - Experience in the field of creative industries desired Languages: Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
