Our client continues to be very busy with no shortage of high-quality work. They are now seeking to add a highly skilled mid to senior level Corporate Associate with Commercial Real Estate and Financial Services experience to join their team of experts in Calgary. Qualifications and Attributes: 4-8 years of post-call Commercial Real Estate and Financial Services experience from a reputable Canadian law firm. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in secured lending financing transactions. A combination of in-house and private practice will also be considered. Experience with purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional and national investors. Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions, on a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects Experience with leasing in the retail, office and industrial sectors Client service orientated Qualified to practice law in Canada with above average academics Our client is offering the following: Lock-step tier one base salary (our client compensates on par with the Toronto legal market) Exceptional bonus incentive program (our client’s bonus program is on par with the Toronto legal market) Excellent health benefits including a Wellness Platform.
