This person will lead all of our marketing efforts, which are essential to create the momentum to fuel our growth in 2024 and beyond. We’re leading the Canadian post-secondary sector to create and market online programs that put the learner at the centre and transform communities along the way. This role helps us accomplish that collective mission. THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing efforts in promoting our University programs to prospective students. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and make a positive impact on the growth and success of the students we serve. You will make an impact by: Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to raise awareness, increase brand profile and drive student enrolment across a portfolio of programs. Leading the creation and implementation of marketing automation strategies and data-driven decision making frameworks to support the recruitment and retention of students. Overseeing the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels such search, social, display and event-based marketing as well as the creation of compelling and persuasive marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and website content. Managing a significant direct marketing budget, tracking campaign performance metrics, and sharing regular performance updates Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends for our partner programs to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies. Nurturing and maintaining relationships with key external partners and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who has: Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably in the higher education industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies with significant budgets. Familiarity with marketing analytics and experience with data-driven decision making. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools like Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other related platforms. Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in client-facing roles and motivating internal teams. Legal authorization to work in Canada.
