Job Description Join CLEAResult as an Associate Conservation Account Manager (ACAM) for Enbridge’s Distributor Discount Program. The Program provides rebates to wholesalers of Foodservice equipment and wholesalers of HVAC equipment for each piece of high efficiency equipment they sell in lieu of standard efficiency equipment. As an ACAM for this program, you’ll be working closely with the Program Manager to support rollouts of strategic initiatives and program features. You’ll also work with senior account managers in order to lend day-to-day support with customer relationships and tracking/reporting. Candidates must be based in Ontario with the ability to attend in-person meetings in and around the GTA. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will... Support the Program Manager (PM) with the planning, development, and execution of strategic program features and initiatives

Perform data analysis on a variety of program data sets to extract key insights that support data driven decision-making and program management

Support the PM with managing the client relationship through meticulous note-taking, action item tracking, and preparation of reports

Work closely with the Account Managers on the file in order to build and maintain good working relationships with the day-to-day contacts at Foodservice equipment dealers and HVAC distributors

Provide dedicated program assistance to our Foodservice and HVAC sector participants by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and taking on sales reporting

On occasion, accompany the account managers on ride-along to support in-field discussions/market intelligence gathering with program participants, contractors and other trade allies (Mostly within GTA).

On occasion, attend in-person events such as trade shows and contractor trainings (Mostly within GTA).

Support with the design and development of program materials (templates, operating procedures, tools, etc.)

Continuously improve your knowledge and insights on the Foodservice / HVAC Equipment sectors

We’re excited about you because you have... A post-secondary education in a relevant field: Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science

CEM, CET, CMVP or other energy related certifications (preferred, but not a must)

1-3+ years of relevant experience; energy efficiency, foodservice, HVAC or similar fields preferred

Highly personable, naturally supportive and able to effectively influence and persuade

Passionate about energy efficiency and how it can support Ontario’s people and businesses

Demonstrated ability to juggle between work assignments that require vastly different skill sets

Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and external contacts

Proficiency with MS Office, particularly spreadsheet, word processor and presentation software is required.

Experience within an industrial service-based company with an emphasis on growth and customer service is an asset

A valid G class driver’s license

Targeted Compensation Range $33 Currency CAD Type Hourly Compensation Range $26.10 - $43.70
