Salary: Commensurate with experience

Location: Montreal or Ottawa (Hybrid Work Model)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Associate is a member of HSO’s Canadian Accreditation team, specifically Accreditation Canada’s Quebec and East of Canada team. Accreditation Canada delivers a wide range of high-impact assessment programs for health and social service organizations, powered by HSO, and customized to local needs.

The Associate supports the team by carrying out administrative tasks, working within strict timelines to keep the team organized and managing pertinent information for ease of access by various team members. In this role, you will need to be a multi-tasker! You will take on various tasks simultaneously and contribute to improving processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing client support and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the Accreditation Coordinator and Lead to support organizations with their accreditation survey processes from end-to-end to respond to the unique needs of the clients.
  • Support logistical aspects of on-site surveys.
  • Edit and format documents and or reports, while performing quality checks.
  • Manage client contact information.
  • Organize meetings, develop agendas and follow-up reports.
  • Maintain the database for quick access to information needed by various teams and team members.
  • Provide training to clients on Accreditation Canada's platforms.
  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external activities within a clearly defined and limited scope.
  • Gathering information and providing administrative and client support to the Accreditation Team.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • College certificate in business administration, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Tech- savvy especially with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong editing skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or customer service an asset.
  • Have experience and enjoy working in a hybrid work environment.
