Job Summary: This job is to monitor the production planning process, drive 100% system driven planning and collaborate with Purchasing, Production, MKT Innovation, Process Capability and CS&L(SNP) to ensure the normal operation of the supply chain fulfillment and improve the service level from time to time. Major Responsibilities: Lead all upstream process planning teams to ensure synchronized planning and fulfill customer demand and service requirements; Review planning segmentation, FG and materials’ master data to ensure 100% system driven planning; Lead the team to meet company customer service level target and support to improve overall inventory by balance production planning and other improvement techniques; Supervise the communication with export customers and other internal functions to make sure new product launch timing are met; Provide process/system training to develop the team technical depth, provide coaching and feedback to ensure team fully engaged; Operation and planning process analysis and continuous improvements; Support and conduct plant FP&R, EHS and Quality related requirements.
