Our client is offering Aluminum valve products for Internal Renovation, Construction, Residential, Medical Equipment and Food Industry.
They are looking for HR Assistant Manager. Ideal candidate need to have US operations experience and managing employees.
• Provide direct administrative support to the HR Manager in all HR matters.
• Oversee and actively contribute to the full recruitment cycle.
• Offer quality service to all employees by professionally handling all complaints and inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation of HR Strategies, policies procedures and programs.
• To effectively follow-up on all human resources day to day functions in a way to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• To offer adequate advice pertaining to legal issue and conformity with the market’s labor law
• Support our branches in the US
