Your Tasks

  • Implementation of account strategies to drive sales and meet growth objectives.
  • Ensure successful implementation of in-store compliance regarding NPD product launch, product availability & distribution, 2nd display, theme or NPD maximization, promotion activities, and so on.
  • Manage good relationships with customers to ensure that Beiersdorf is one of the preferred suppliers.
  • Accurately forecast sales for the total year by item and monitor sales weekly.
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing team to ensure alignment with account-specific needs.
  • Plan, track, and monitor the account financial budget, including promotional and merchandising expenditures.
  • Prepare reports on in-store execution, sales performance, and financial budget status, providing actionable insights for monthly review.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in modern trade sales.
  • Experience in the FMCG business would be a plus.
  • Self-motivated and high achiever.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Have a driving license.
  • Understand the Thai market and be able to speak the Thai language.

Office Location: 6th and 7th Fl. Sathorn Square Office Tower, 98 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500. (Remote working from home could be applied.)
