The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000.

DESCRIPTION

  • Guest Experience Leadership: Take the lead in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by overseeing front-of-house operations, managing reservations, and resolving guest concerns with grace and efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Inspire and guide our front-of-house team to deliver impeccable service, providing training, coaching, and support as needed to maintain a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold our commitment to excellence in service standards, ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention and leaves with a smile.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing financial aspects of the restaurant, including monitoring sales, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements to create a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a focus on front-of-house operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and empower teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Familiarity with financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food service.
