A great place to visit and a great place to work that always delivers a “Taste Like No Other.” In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, Assistant General Managers are responsible for: Working “hands-on” with the team Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always Hiring and training their staff Promoting their operation in the local market Coordinating in-store promotions Developing and meeting financial plans Pay Range: From $40,000 – $45,000 per year Salary dependent on experience and skills Comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential RequirementsPrevious supervisory experience * Passion for service and commitment to quality * Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements * A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements * A proven record of training and developing a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High energy and enthusiasm * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement About The CompanyWhy Triple O’s?
