Job Description
- Guest Experience Leadership: Take the lead in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by overseeing front-of-house operations, managing reservations, and resolving guest concerns with grace and efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a focus on front-of-house operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and empower teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and point-of-sale software.
- Familiarity with financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food service.
