Responsibilities
Bring leadership and operational knowledge to our high-performance body shop
Assist in overseeing operations
Support the Store Manager
Build lasting customer connections
Develop and maintain a positive work environment
Lead and train teammates
Develop management and leadership skills
Requirements
2+ years of Estimating experience
Well-verses on the latest repair methods, technology and materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and efficient with superb people skills.
Brilliant work references.
