Role Overview: 


The Assistant Account Manager will provide daily support to our Account Manager. This team member will handle the day-to-day management of client accounts, overseeing project planning and execution across various channels, including digital, social media, print, broadcast, and website. 


We are looking for a great listener who can turn the information from each client into a clear brief to give to our team, someone who can make sure project deadlines are managed well with the agency group and the client.  


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Provide daily support to the Account Manager. 
  • Support daily interactions with internal teams, clients, and vendors. 
  • Participate in all project stages, including briefings, planning, and reporting. 
  • Aid in the development and tracking of projects from conception to completion. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and manage media distribution. 
  • Assist with administrative duties. 

 


Qualifications: 


  • Preferred: College diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in the Marketing and Communications industry, preferably in an Advertising Agency. 
  • Digital marketing knowledge is crucial, including strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. 
  • Familiarity and comfort with traditional advertising (OOH, Print) is an asset. 
  • Experience using Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms (Click Up). 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 
  • Effective listening and excellent communication skills, over the phone and in person. 
  • Strong organizational skills are essential. 
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure we provide accurate information to our clients and internal team. 
  • Reporting experience is considered an asset. 
  • Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm for the industry. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
