Job Description

A career as an Asset Manager in the Cybersecurity - Data Protection team at National Bank means acting as leader of the cryptography-related asset portfolio. It is through your skills in agile team management (SAFe), your experience in IT asset management and your Cybersecurity knowledge that you have a positive impact on the reduction of security and operational risks and thus support an exceptional customer experience.

  • Manage a multidisciplinary IT team (Analysts, Developers, PO, Scrum master) of around fifteen people.
  • Be in charge of the development, support, evolution of the IT ecosystem of the solutions for which you are responsible and initiatives relating to the development of certain data protection applications/APIs .
  • Collaborate with other IT manager colleagues.
  • Participate in the implementation of transformation projects in the IT sector.
  • Participate in the evolution of the Agile transformation of your new team.

Your team : 

Within the Cybersecurity - Data Protection - Cryptography sector, you are part of a team of just over 35 colleagues and you report to Eric Chabot, Senior Director of the Data Protection Portfolio within Delivery and Integration in cybersecurity. Our team stands out for its specialized expertise in DLP and Cryptography, its delivery precision and collaborative work environment. 

In order to assist you in your professionnal development, we favor various forms of continuous learning, including: learning in action, easy on-going access to curated training content and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertises and profiles. Within the team, improving common knowledge of Cloud platforms from providers such as AWS and Azure, is also a priority.

Prerequisites: 

  • Have a bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity or other diploma and several years of relevant experience.
  • Have experience and knowledge in IT asset management in high availability on cloud computing platforms.
  • Have experience managing multidisciplinary IT teams and business lines.
  • Be recognized for your communicative talent and your ability to influence at all hierarchical levels.
  • Have relevant experience with working in Agile mode (SAFe) and the DevSecOps approach.
