Conceptualizing your own projects while overseeing other team design programs, to maintain brand consistency, integrity and overall aesthetic, while delivering on strategic briefs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESRegularly attend and participate fully in briefs, product group meetings and client presentations; attend client briefs and research as requiredPresent creative work and creative rationales to product group and then to client for discussion and approval; compellingly and with an authoritative manner, building a positive working relationship with client contactsCreate persuasive art that engages the target audience and follows the brand’s tone of voiceExecute creative using new and modern perspectives along with reliable production methods while keeping the client's existing graphic look, brand image, and goals in mindPartner with Production to ensure the development of formats that achieve the strategic objectives outlined in the brief and maximize the use of the production budgetManage multiple projects in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain quality and budget control throughout all aspects of the art, file prep and/or broadcast production process in conjunction with Production and StudioChampioning the client’s cause while balancing it with agencies objectivesContribute to building a positive agency culture, building positive working relationships with other departments, teams and clientsREQUIRED SKILLS3+ years’ experience as Art Director in fully integrated production / agency setting Must have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and the ability to create ideas that will motivate consumersKnowledge and experience in performing on a variety of consumer, industrial, corporate and institutional communication assignments, across multiple mediumsProactive self-starterProven experience developing progressive digital, direct and social projectsDemonstrated ability to develop concepts relevant to the client’s objectives, and distinct in their presentationExpertise in executing artwork using Adobe Creative Suite of toolsWorking knowledge of GenAI applications for conceptualizationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal – bilingual (English and French) will be considered an assetA highly organized team player who understands how to collaborate effectively in a fast paced, evolving organizationYou are an ally and promoter of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and beyondHigh degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence with outstanding risk and conflict management abilitiesMust be extremely attentive and able to service clients, setting expectations.High level of attention to detail and delivery of quality productAbility to manage multiple projects with extremely fast paced deadlinesNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
