Job Description

Our client, a premier supplier in the Canadian Gas Energy Industry, is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to join their team. This role will be pivotal in managing customer relationships across Alberta, focusing on sales and growth within the territory, particularly in valves and flow control devices. Develop and achieve annual sales targets by leveraging expertise in valves and flow control devices, working closely with suppliers and senior leadership. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, including the introduction of new valve and flow control products to both existing and prospective clients. Promptly respond to RFQs, demonstrating technical proficiency in valves and associated products. Maintain accurate sales logs and collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive portfolio growth. Consult with customers on industry updates and company initiatives, building strong, lasting relationships. Technical Post-Secondary education preferred; relevant experience in valves or flow control devices strongly preferred. ~3+ years of technical sales experience, with a focus on valves or related products, ideally within the oil and gas sector. ~ Strong organizational skills and business acumen, with a passion for driving sales success. ~ Proficiency in CRM & ERP systems (Salesforce & SAP experience an asset). ~ Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and clean criminal background. ~ Valid passport and/or NEXUS card .
