Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for Area Manager for their client in the East of Johannesburg.
- Area managers are responsiblefor ensuring that staff maintain sites as per our laid down standards
- Area managers must be wellorganised in terms of managing payroll, admin and the clients expectations
- Managing the consumables budgetis key to good overall site management
- Time management is essential to ensure thatall sites are visited as agreed
- Ability to adapt to changes inthe economic cycle
- Ensuring that staff are welltrained
- Ensuring sites are wellequipped with consumables and staff as per the contract
- Manage discipline as per our disciplinary code
- On and de boarding of stafftimeously
- Occasional transporting ofstaff form one site to another in an emergency situation
- Ensure leads are provided - a minimum of 2 leads to be provided everymonth
