The Role:

1. Manage projects and teams, transforming AMA designs into reality.
2. Collaborate with team members on architectural design development.
3. Create and maintain design documents using CAD, specifications, and cost estimates.
4. Assist in client request management and drive project deadlines.
5. Construct physical and virtual architectural models.
6. Analyze building codes, space requirements, and technical documents.
7. Prepare technical drawings for design development, permits, and proposals.
8. (Optional) Assist with building code/sustainability compliance reviews.
9. (Optional) Review and prepare construction contract documents.
10. (Optional) Supervise drafters, technicians, and technologists.
11. (Optional) Oversee construction projects and coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2-3 year college diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience with residential & mixed-use projects.
3. Proficiency in Revit drawing production and MS Office 365 (including Project).
4. Strong team leadership skills (organization, prioritization, deadline focus).
5. Excellent attention to detail and communication (written & oral).
6. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
7. Experience guiding and reviewing junior staff members.
8. Adaptability to changing design directions.
9. Thrives in a collaborative and creative studio environment.

Benefits:

1. Competitive salary ($33.33 - $35.00 per hour based on experience).
2. Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday).
3. Two (2) weeks paid vacation.
