Job Description

*Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Krown Rust Control Technician to join our team. As a Krown Rust Control Technician, you will be responsible for applying rust protection treatments to vehicles, ensuring the prevention and reduction of corrosion damage. You will work closely with customers, providing excellent service and maintaining the highest quality standards in rust control procedures. This is a hands-on position that requires technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.*Responsibilities:** Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to assess rust and corrosion levels.* Apply Krown rust protection treatments to vehicles according to established procedures and guidelines.* Ensure the complete and proper coverage of all vehicle surfaces, including undercarriages, frames, wheel wells, and exposed metal parts.* Conduct post-application inspections to verify treatment effectiveness and address any touch-up requirements.* Communicate with customers to explain the rust control process, address inquiries, and provide maintenance recommendations.* Maintain accurate records of customer information, services performed, and product inventory.* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.* Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and maintain efficient workflow.* Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in rust control technologies, and new product offerings.*Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent.* Previous experience in automotive maintenance, detailing, or rust control is preferred but not required.* Knowledge of vehicle structures and components susceptible to rust and corrosion.* Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.* Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise and accurate application of rust protection treatments.* Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and delivering exceptional customer service.* Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and in different work environments (indoor and outdoor).While we thank all applicants, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* Company pension* Dental care* Disability insurance* Employee assistance program* Extended health care* On-site parking* Paid time off* Store discount* Vision care* Wellness programFlexible Language Requirement:* French not requiredSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:* Hanwell, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:* Application: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:* Driving Licence (required)* and clean Drivrer's Abstract (preferred)Work Location: In person
