Analyst, People and Performance at a glance...

The Analyst, People and Performance (P&P) touches all aspects of the employee experience and lifecycle within the P&P function for the Canada and North America Coffee (CANAC) Business Unit at Kraft Heinz. Under the direction of the Head of P&P, CANAC, the Analyst partners with employees and the business to continuously assess, develop and improve P&P systems, tools, programs and capabilities - providing support across all pillars of the Human Resources function.

What's on the menu?

  • Responsible for day-to-day Supporting Career Development, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Process Improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners to advance the HR strategy for the respective business functions

  • Coordinate and handle people budget to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials

  • Analyze data and optimally coordinate and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy

  • Responsible for Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance. Owns weekly data accuracy checks and updates in HRIS system

  • Responsible for monthly HR KPI updates and reporting. Own the build and collaborate with COEs to build reports as required

  • Supports employees on general HR inquiries about benefits, payroll, trainings, onboarding, compensation and talent management

  • I have a solid understanding of MS Office Suite especially Excel with the ability to learn SharePoint and Workday

  • I have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work consistently to established deadlines.

  • I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • I am adaptable – able to maintain effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

  • I have experience working cross functionally in a matrix organization.

  • I pay close attention to detail.

  • I am able to work a hybrid work schedule with a Monday through Friday work week
