AltaGas - Sr. EAM Functional Analyst
Reporting through Midstream Business and Project Service Team, the EAM Functional Analyst will manage the Maximo EAM application by providing support for the application and integration points with other systems to ensure business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner.
This position supports AltaGas in optimizing its Midstream Operations with integral quality system management in alignment with Midstream programs by effectively using the Maximo EAM application.
You will:
Bring knowledge and expertise of Maximo to various functional areas to solve related business issues and/or improve processes.
Assist various functional areas design appropriate analytics models utilizing Maximo data.
Request management of enhancements by documenting solution requirements, validating design, and confirming development and deployment.
Facilitate release overviews with field representatives prior to deployments.
Participate and support project team members through the project lifecycle (inception through transition).
Provide or facilitate proof of concept development to support integrated operations and program evolution.
Perform configurations not included in releases, i.e., non-master data loading, configure queries and start centers, reports.
Updating system support materials and provide or support training in alignment with development for end-users.
Investigate issues and provide second level end-user support of the Maximo EAM application.
Monitor and diagnose procedural and process integration issues.
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
7+ years working experience and ability to evaluate and correlate business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities, and integration & data conversion/migration strategies.
Good knowledge of Maximo functionality with the working understanding of the technical aspects including architecture, installation, deployment, integration, and development
Good knowledge of Maximo Mobile as well as Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
Good experience integrating with the major ERP systems (Workday, SAP, and JDE etc.).
IBM Maximo Functional Analyst Certification would be an asset
Good knowledge of application designer and configuration tools within Maximo product
Good knowledge of SQL scripting using known database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server and DB2)
Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, structure and personal organizational skills in execution of your work.
