Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Technician!Joining our team means building a life-long career in the aviation industry.Technical Requirements:Possess a valid Transport Canada AME license – category M1 and/or M2Obtain and maintain the Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and the Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit (AVOP)Adhere to the highest level of safety standards by following and executing proceduresUtilize knowledge to identify and prioritize operational needsEnsure punctuality of proper paperwork submissions (all certifications and re-certifications recorded prior to releasing aircraft into service)Stay current on Company Maintenance Control Manuals and other industry related manuals/materialsExperience working on Saab 340 and B1900 an assetOther Qualifications:Strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamFlexibility to work weekends, nights and holiday on shift rotationsWilling to travel as required to service all aircrafts in our fleetLift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods at a timeAble to work in various weather conditions and elevated noise levelsWhat We Offer:Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per/hourCollaborative and inclusive work environmentAircraft Certification Authority (ACA) pay, up to $520 per monthTool/Boot Allowance, up to $500 a yearExtended Health/Medical BenefitsVacation days and additional pay sick days & family emergency daysTravel Benefits & corporate discountsGroup RRSP with company matchingEmployee recognition and reward programsApply today for this great career opportunity!
