Job Description

Job Title: AME Production Supervisor Type: full time, 12 month contract Location: Montreal, no relocation or per diem offered Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Company MCM/MPM, Transport Canada, DND, TA Flight Safety, TA Health and Safety, and QMS processes. Oversee modification programs for on-time delivery. Provide semi-daily progress reports to the Production Manager. Develop and manage the Technician Manpower Schedule, including time sheet approvals. Coordinate maintenance activities and resolve discrepancies with the receiving base. Offer engineering support for dimensional checks and technician dispositions. Manage Task Cards and discrepancies in Aircraft binders and electronic records. Publish a weekly Technician Manpower Schedule with advance travel notices. Arrange travel plans for deployment support. Attend bi-weekly meetings to review production schedules and resource assignments. Ensure timely closure of aircraft tasks and discrepancies. Maintain strong communication with contractors and support teams. Support on-site technicians and enforce EHS protocols. Ensure timely RAMCO entries per MCM/MPM requirements. Manage AOG and Critical Logistics to meet delivery schedules. Approve overtime requests for local production operations. Travel to other bases as needed. Act as the local DO for the Controlled Goods Program. Represent the Production Manager when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies. Perform related duties as assigned by the VP of Production. Requirements: 3 years of experience in flight and maintenance operations. Strong leadership and team management skills in a high-tempo environment. Professional attitude with proactive issue resolution. Valid Transport Canada AME-E, AME-M2 license. Knowledge of RAMCO ERP is an asset. Proven track record in leading safe operations. Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Airworthiness processes with Transport Canada and DND. Strong communication skills with professionalism and discretion. Fluent in English for reading and interpreting manuals, policies, and procedures.
