You'll play a vital role in maintaining the Hawker 800XP ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety and performance. But that's just the beginning – you'll have the opportunity to grow your career at Chartright.What you will do:Serve as the go-to AME for the Hawker 800XP at Campbell River airport, ensuring its maintenance is conducted in full compliance with company policies, Transport Canada regulations, and industry standards.Take charge of dismantling and reassembling aircraft systems for repair and overhaul, troubleshooting defects, and executing corrective actions to keep our aircraft flying safely.Conduct periodic and heavy inspections, maintaining meticulous records to uphold our commitment to safety and compliance.Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high standard of workmanship, utilizing approved equipment and materials to deliver top-quality results.What you bring:A valid Canadian AME M2 license and a minimum of five years' experience in aircraft maintenance.Hawker 800XP maintenance certification would be a plusStrong diagnostic skills and technical proficiency, enabling you to interpret technical publications, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins with ease.Excellent organizational and communication skills, combined with a dedication to professionalism and excellence.A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.Flexibility to accommodate aircraft schedules and occasional travel requirements, including extended trips and out-of-base AOG situations.Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including climbing, walking, standing, and lifting.As you consider your next career move, picture yourself thriving in Campbell River's friendly small-town atmosphere, where opportunities abound and the quality of life is second to none.
