Central Alberta Co-op is hiring a full-time Agro Division Manager at our administration office in Red Deer, Alberta. The Agro Division Manager will will be responsible doing day trips to our four Agro locations, in Stettler, Innisfail, Crossfield and Lacombe to support our Agro Managers. Central Alberta Co-op will be also providing a company vehicle for this role.
Full-time: 40 hours/week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability requirements: Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What you’ll do:
The Agro Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Agriculture department by supporting and creating organizational effectiveness and providing leadership within their operational functions. As a member of the senior management team, this position also contributes to the growth & development of the agro division and the implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
