We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Project Manager to join our growing team.Job Summary: The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering projects using Agile methodologies. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree/Community College diploma in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) majors or equivalent industry experienceAt least 2 years of experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.Strong understanding of the Scrum Agile frameworks, optionally Kanban or Lean.Proven track record in an Agile environment, ideally in software development.Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist.Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Aha!).Experience in Windows Desktop products and .Net framework development.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.If this role aligns with your values and goals, but you cant tick every requirement, please still apply. Your fit in our team is as important of a consideration as your technical skills and experience.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Creates and maintains project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensures documentation is standardized across projects.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure team members understand Agile principles and practices, providing coaching and guidance as needed.Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.Risk Management:Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and learning.Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance.Additional InformationCultureThe Remsoft culture is one that promotes a healthy work and life balance.
