JLL est à la recherche d'un(e) Agent(e) principal(e) de recouvrement qui sera chargé de gérer et de superviser toutes les activités liées à la récupération des créances et des paiements en souffrance de l'entreprise. Relevant de la gestionnaire, Recouvrement et membre de l’équipe Finance et comptabilité, Centre commerciaux, le titulaire sera responsable du recouvrement et de différentes tâches de suivi pour un ensemble de locataires dans son portfolio.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Assurer le dépôt quotidien des encaissements
Assurer l’entrée et la vérification quotidienne des lots de dépôts
Assurer les communications avec les locataires (au téléphone et par écrit) afin de résoudre les problèmes de recouvrement et assurer le suivi des arriérés
Assurer la révision quotidienne des rapports des comptes à recevoir pour en évaluer les progrès ainsi que les mesures prises
Répondre aux questions des locataires concernant le loyer et les révisions (pourcentage du loyer, révisions du loyer, etc.)
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’exploitation afin de coordonner les efforts de recouvrement
Concilier les comptes à recevoir des locataires, au besoin
Effectuer les rapprochements mensuels du grand livre général pour certains comptes
Effectuer toute autre tâche jugée nécessaire
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en finances ou en administration des affaires
Au moins deux ans d’expérience en recouvrement
Connaissance de Word, d’Excel et de Yardi
Français et anglais (à l’oral comme à l’écrit)
Organisé et autonome
Solides compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles
Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide
Bonnes capacités d’analyse et connaissances de base en comptabilité
Horaire de travail flexible
Personne énergique, positive et prête à apprendre

JLL is currently seeking a Senior Recovery Agent who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities related to the recovery of company receivables and outstanding payments. Reporting to the Manager, Recovery and as a member of the Finance and Accounting team, Shopping Centers, the incumbent will be responsible for the recovery and various follow-up tasks for a portfolio of tenants.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Daily deposit of cash receipts
Daily entry and verification of deposit batches
Communication with tenants by telephone and in writing, to resolve collection issues and ensure follow-up on arrears
Daily review of the accounts receivable reports for progress & action
Maintain the appropriate follow-up logs with the collection efforts and status of the accounts
Reply to tenants queries pertaining to rent and adjustments such as Percent Rent and other additional rental adjustments
Work closely with operations team to ensure the collaboration of the collection efforts
Reconcile tenants’ Account Receivable accounts as required
Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations for specific accounts
Perform any other duties as required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Post-secondary degree in Finance or Business Administration
Minimum of two years’ experience in credit collection
Knowledge of MS Word, Ms Excel and Yardi
Fluent in French and English [oral & written] is essential
Organized and autonomous
Strong organizational interpe rsonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a past paced team environment
Good analytical skills and basic accounting knowledge
Flexible work schedule
High energy with a positive learning attitude
