more than a decade, their team has been focused on creating high-performing affiliate marketing
campaigns for some of the world's top brands.
They are looking for a self-starter, data-driven, outgoing with excellent networking skills and a passion for building partnerships to join their growing marketing team.
Title: Affiliate Marketing Acount Manager
Location: Remote, work from home position open to Canadian residents only.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's affiliate program. You will work closely with
affiliates to develop and implement effective strategies for driving traffic and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition by executing the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs.
  • Monitor program performance to ensure continuous optimization and profitable sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase affiliate sales and revenue.
  • Oversee all affiliate recruitment, optimization, compliance, communication.
  • Manage affiliate promotions, competitive landscape, forecasts and client budgets.
  • Negotiate placements, manage reporting, communicate program performance & recommend improvements.
  • Analyze and optimize affiliate performance, including tracking and reporting on key performancemetrics.
Skills And Experience
  • 1-3+ years of direct affiliate management experience (brand, network, agency) managing multiple affiliate programs.
  • Experience working with Affiliate Networks (Rakuten, Impact, Commission Junction).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and social skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment and can multitask.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel if required.
