We're seeking a skilled Project Modification Lifecycle Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in tracking, coordinating, and documenting activities throughout the program management lifecycle, with a focus on supporting modifications within both Avionics (AVS) and Primary Air Vehicle (PAV) contracts.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct assistance to the PMO in monitoring the performance of each modification schedule.Develop and keep up-to-date resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).Gather necessary information for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews of modifications.Analyze schedules in collaboration with project team members.Maintain, assess, and present IMS data internally to the PMO for status updates.Manage the TRACK document for each modification.Revise schedule management procedures and instructional materials as needed.Gather inputs for each modification project IMS from various departments, including Program Management, Engineering Support, Maintenance Support, Materiel Support, and Technical Information Support.Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.Core Skills:Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.Confidence and professionalism in communicating with cross-functional teams and peers.Strong understanding of scheduling disciplines and methodologies.Exceptional ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Advanced problem-solving skills.Thorough understanding of Continuous Improvement programs and initiatives.Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.Proven experience in risk assessments and validating assumptions.Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and database programs.Education & Experience:Diploma in Business or Project Management preferred.Certification in scheduling software such as MS Project.PMP Certification is an asset.Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience.Project management background is an asset.Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (MS Project, Excel), ERP, and databases.Experience with project setup and effective use of ERP systems is considered an asset.Reasons to Join Us:Employee retention and engagement are paramount.
