Admission Registration Specialist Job In Red Deer

The Admissions & Registration Specialist assists with managing the operations of the Office of the Registrar in order to provide quality client service in the area of Information, Admissions and Registration. The incumbent serves as the primary expert in:

1. Administering the operations of the unit by working with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Ensuring government reporting requirements are accurate and timely to meet contractual obligations.
3. Delivering training on the use of the integrated student information system (SIS) and external systems.
4. Collaborating with the Associate Dean, the Student Information Systems Coordinator, and other internal departments, to analyze, interpret and update information for reports required by both internal and external stakeholders.
