The Navadian CHALLENGE
:
Organize regular meetings with project managers to review ongoing projects.
Manage change notices and project updates
Prepare and organize end-of-project documentation
Create and issue purchase orders
Coordinate delivery dates and deadlines
Verify and monitor receipt of required manuals
Manage project documentation structure, creating and organizing necessary files
Enter, confirm and transfer budgets for change notices
Develop service offers for change notices
Create change notice reports.
Your profile:
5 years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to manage and coordinate projects at administrative level
Ability to gather and process data
Team spirit, essential for this role!
