Do you have an interest in real estate or property management? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced office setting in the midst of a high-rise community? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the busy needs of our Revo, property management team! This position is located at the Revo, Management Office at 700 King St. in London, ON. The successful Administrative Assistant will support the Property Manager and Senior Administrator with a variety of administration tasks required to maintain the properties within the portfolio. Items include assistance with rental arrears, parking registry, general customer service, summarizing documents and more. Hours are Monday to Friday, business hours, full-time, 40 hours per week. Position starts June 17th and wraps up on Aug 30th. Skills required for the role:Prior experience in an office or administrative settingA positive can-do attitude!Excellent communication skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)Adept at technology and able to use mobile, tablet and PC to submit service requests, tenant and staff communication and project tracking.
