As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the following job actions:
1) proficient in typing
2) able to work with microsoft office including excel
3) telephone answering and transfer within the work environment
4) running to agencies to pickup/dropoff forms etc.
5) contract entry
6) light housekeeping
7) function well in a multifaceted stressful environment
8) can lift 20 - 30 lbs ( parcels, photocopy paper)
