Our company, AlleyCorp Nord, is a Montreal-based technology hub. We are a high-end boutique consultancy for product development, technology strategy and applied AI research. Amongst our specialties are healthcare, biotech & “deep” tech.
We work with early-stage startups, growth-stage startups, SMEs, and large-scale corporations. Since our inception, we have worked alongside and built software solutions for over 28 different startup companies.
About the role
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This position offers a diverse and challenging mix of hands-on technical with both the management of consulting projects and people.
In this role, you will take on multiple projects that have a significant impact on the research, design, development, and maintenance of software programs and systems. You are accountable for your project team's output and are expected to contribute to hands-on development. You will be responsible for the software delivery planning, managing risks, and reviewing deliverables for the project. You are also responsible for a team of approximately 8 people overseeing their career and performance. As an ambassador for your team, you share successes and encourage participation in company-wide initiatives.

We are a remote-first company with office space in Montreal. We prefer to hire in Quebec, but we are open to candidates anywhere in the EST±2 time zone in Canada.
